ProCare Fit Experience:
All members of the New Balance Crystal Lake team go through a training program equipping them to service all customers for all specific needs, since no two feet are alike.
Our Procare Fit Specialists measure length, width, and arch length using a Brannock measuring device to determine the proper size and width for the customer's activity. Our I-step machine allows us to evaluate the foot for arch height and pressure points. Low to medium arches normally need some type of medial support. A high arched foot requires no medial support and a more neutral shoe to help with lateral support.
Extensive sizes and widths:
Women's - 5 to 13 and widths from AAAA to 4E
Men's - 6.5 to 20 and widths from AA to 6E
Infant - 2 to 10 in Medium, Wide, and Extra wide widths
Kids - 10.5 to 7.0 in Narrow, Medium, Wide, and Extra Wide widths.
New Balance also uses multiple lasts - the molding of the foot used to build a shoe. Our SL-2 last has a wide and deep toe box, a high instep, and a narrow heel. This type of fit is very accommodating and provides more internal volume in the shoe - just one example of the New Balance philosophy to proper footwear. No two feet are alike. That's why we refuse to offer the one-shoe-fits-all approach to providing you with your next shoe. Come experience the New Balance difference!
